Do you deliver loose loads?
No we don’t deliver loose or bakkie loads. We are a bag only delivery service at this point.
How many bags do I need?
33.3 x 30dm³ bags make up a cube. If you’re unsure of how many bags you’ll need please make use of our online calculator.
Where do you deliver to ?
We deliver to all suburbs within and surrounding Cape Town. If in doubt, email orders@darlingorganics.co.za
How does payment work?
Your total due will be displayed at checkout. You have 3 payment options to choose from at that point. If you choose EFT, you’ll see our banking details at checkout.
When will I get my delivery?
Our deliveries run every week day. If you need it by a certain date please specify in your order notes. We schedule orders based on the days given as suitable on your order as indicated at checkout- please be patient over the months of September – January when we are busiest. Our driver will always call before delivering to ensure someone is home.
Do you offload the bags when you deliver?
Our awesome staff can assist in offloading the bags next to the vehicle. If they need to be carried it will incur an extra fee. Details at checkout.
What is your delivery fee?
For all bagged products we charge between R200 and R500 to suburbs within and around Cape Town. Details at checkout.
